The Damage Done
Abu Ubaida revealed that within just 4 days, the brigades' fighters were able to destroy a whopping 62 military vehicles belonging to the Israeli army. These vehicles included tanks, troop carriers, and bulldozers. They used anti-tank missiles to target them. Additionally, during two separate operations that took place 3 months ago, they managed to kill at least 9 Israeli soldiers. That's quite a feat!
Targeting the Foot Forces
Abu Ubaida explained that the foot forces of the Israeli army, who were hiding in buildings, were also targeted. The fighters used explosive devices, medium weapons, and sniper weapons to take them down. It's like something out of an action movie!
Recent Operations
In more recent operations, the Al-Qassam members destroyed two military jeeps just yesterday morning. They used anti-armor shells to do the job. They also managed to destroy an apartment building in Beit Hanoun, where special Israeli forces were hiding. They used anti-fortified and anti-personnel shells, which caused casualties among those inside. The resistance fighters are not holding back!
Missile Barrages and Civilian Casualties
Abu Ubaida mentioned that the occupied cities, like Tel Aviv and Ashkelon, are still being targeted with missile barrages. However, he also expressed concern about the Israeli forces' treatment of civilians. He accused them of killing innocent people, including children and women, in their homes and places of displacement. He called these actions war crimes and violations of human rights.
Israeli Actions and Response
Abu Ubaida criticized the Israeli forces for storming hospitals and civilian institutions in search of false evidence. He believed that this showed their failure and defeat. He also saluted the people of the West Bank for their response to the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood and encouraged them to continue their strikes.
Lastly, Abu Ubaida had a message for the Israelis. He assured them that the number of soldiers killed was higher than what their government announced. He promised that they would reveal the true numbers soon. He also mentioned that they had offered to exchange prisoners, but it seemed like the Israeli leadership was not interested.
