Repressive Practices of the Palestinian Authority
In his book "Thorns and Cloves," the martyr, God willing, Yahya Sinwar referred to the repressive practices carried out by the Palestinian Authority against Palestinian resistors following the Oslo Agreement in 1993. The Authority pursued, detained, and tortured resistors, working diligently to thwart any operations against the Zionist entity. The situation escalated to the point of handing over resistors to the occupation forces, as was the case with the "Sorif Cell" in 1997!
Ongoing Repressive Practices
These repressive practices by the Palestinian Authority have not ceased to this day. Perhaps the most significant evidence of this is the security campaign waged against resistors in Jenin, where the Authority pursues and arrests them, attacks their locations with shells, raids homes and burns them, detains civilians and families of resistors, storms hospitals, and arrests medical staff on charges of collaborating with resistors, torturing ambulance crews that evacuate the wounded. In some cases, they obstruct their movement and prevent them from entering areas of clashes!
Evidence of Repression
Videos have also emerged showing the torture of some civilians sympathetic to the resistance, with some being thrown into garbage containers as a lesson to others! The repressive practices also include targeting journalists and shutting down the offices of satellite channels that expose their violations, such as Al Jazeera.
Recent Incidents
Moreover, in an embarrassing act, just two days ago, they handed over a Palestinian girl to the occupation forces under the pretext of suspicion of her involvement in a stabbing operation! What disgrace and shame will this Authority face if it does not correct its course and align with its people!
Broken Promises and Illusions
They have gained nothing from the surrender agreement with the enemy except illusions, and the promises of the Zionists are nothing but mirages in the desert, which the thirsty traveler mistakenly believes to be water!
Unresolved Issues
To this day, there is no Palestinian state, refugees have not returned, settlement construction has not ceased, and Al-Aqsa Mosque continues to be invaded by settlers in increasing numbers. The temporal and spatial division process is ongoing, and excavations underneath it aimed at demolishing it and building the so-called "Temple" have not stopped!
A Call for Realization
The Authority must realize that history does not forgive traitors to their homelands. They should take heed from other collaborators with the occupiers in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the ends they met!
Awakening and Action
The Authority needs to awaken from its slumber, be aware of its negligence, and recognize that there is no lasting occupation, and that the demise of the Zionist entity is inevitable, whether the time is long or short.
A Plea for Redemption
Will the Authority cleanse itself of the disgrace of security coordination with the occupying entity and stand with its people, or will it continue its practices that history will continue to curse until the Day of Judgment?
